Stratford is hailed as a quaint small town in Perth County. Renowned for world class theatre and an affluent art and historical culture, guests to Stratford and its residents share in a common experience.

Stratford provides an abundance of opportunity to entrepreneurs and investors. As a small city that embodies 5 key industrial landscapes, Stratford paves a bright path for leaders in start-up smart technologies, educational institutions, manufacturing, hospitality and agriculture. Many people are calling Stratford home for very exciting reasons; growth, strong sense of community, and prosperity.

Stratford offers its visitors and residents a wonderful experience in hospitality, award-winning restaurants, boutique bed and breakfasts, and artisan shops framing the downtown core that is rich in historical buildings and romantic ambiance.

Live, work and play in beautiful Stratford!

St. Marys, also known as “The Stone Town” got its name from the abundance of Limestone that surrounds the town and area. Home to Canadian baseball hall of fame, St Marys calls upon its own visitors and celebrities alike. Rich in historical experience, you can shop, dine, and explore the picturesque town that is nestled at a junction point between the Thames River and Trout Creek.

St. Marys is home to approximately 7000 residents, and has stunning heritage buildings, an eclectic mix of downtown shops, and a thriving community spirit. You can explore the downtown core and find stores stocked with handcrafted treasures, home décor, craft supplies, designer floral bouquets, clothing, and delicious treats.

Located along Highway 7, and serviced by VIA rail, St Marys is connected to large cities from Toronto to Sarnia, making it an ideal place to conduct manufacturing business.

Mitchell is a quaint community in the municipality of West Perth located at the intersection of Highways 8 and 23.

The Municipality of West Perth was incorporated in 1998 after the combination of Logan, Hibbert, Fullarton and Mitchell Townships. Known as an agricultural service centre surrounded by high-quality farmland, West Perth is where nature, industry and culture exist in perfect harmony. Just 20 minutes from Stratford and 60 km north of London, Mitchell is the perfect place to conduct business.

With its charming location along the Thames River, Mitchell has over 65 acres of wetlands, where you can find rare bird species like the Blue Heron. The downtown shopping in Mitchell Dublin (just down the highway), showcase high-end home furnishing and décor stores, along with unique fashion boutiques.

Conveniently located between the KW area, Toronto and London, many families call these areas home. Captivating several major industrial producers in the automotive industry, education, hospitality, arts and culture, agriculture and technology, there is no better place to live, work and play.

Over the last 10 years these areas have consistently expanded both in residential ownership and the business sectors. Living and working in the same community has become a reality for most and the lifestyle that offers an ideal work/life balance is at your fingertips.

Small town pride and values run deep within our communities, travellers will explore and dine in one of the most diverse human experiences.
