1.           Welcome from the Board of Directors Chairperson: Natalie Moore

2.           Callto Order: Natalie Moore

3.           Approval of Agenda

Motion #1: That the agenda for the 164th Annual General Meeting of the Stratford & District Chamber of Commerce be approved.

4.           Minutes of Last Meeting

Motion #2:           That the minutes of the 163rd Annual General Meeting of the Stratford & District Chamber of Commerce, held April6th, 2023 be approved as presented.

5.           Ratification of the Board of Directors: Natalie Moore

Motion #3:           That the slate of Directors for the upcoming year be approved as presented.

6.           GM Report 2023: Eddie Matthews

Motion #4:           To accept the GM Report as presented.

7.           Chairperson’s2023 Update / Strategic Plan: Dana Walton

8.           Auditor’sReport: Ed Lee– Famme & Co Professional Corporation,

                                     Chartered Accountants.  

Motion #5:  That the accounting firm of Famme & Co Professional Corporation Chartered Accountants be appointed auditors for the year ended December 31, 2023.

9.           Review band Approval of Bylaws – Shannon Stewart

Motion #7: That the proposed changes to the bylaws of the Stratford & District Chamber of Commerce be approved as presented.

10.        Adjournment: Natalie Moore

Motion #8: That the business portion ofthe 164th Annual General Meeting of the Stratford & District Chamber of Commerce be adjourned.
